Covid-19 Protocols

During the current conditions, we have implemented special protocols for all patients and clients of Dog N Cat Chiropractic:

​

• A COVID-19 Health survey will be emailed 12 hours before an appointment. The survey applies to everyone in your household--ie does anyone in your house have a fever, cough etc not just you as indicated by the form. This MUST be filled out before your appointment.
   

• I will be wearing a mask during our appointment. You are also required to wear a mask since we will be in close proximity to each other during the appointment.
   

• Only debit, Visa, Mastercard or e transfers will be accepted at this time. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
   

• Only one person at a time (in addition to myself) will be allowed in the adjustment area. Adjustments can be done outside if the weather is nice.
   

• All initial paperwork will be completed and submitted electronically, except the consent form, which currently still requires an in person signature.
   

• All equipment, including the adjusting block, payment machine and clipboard will be disinfected between appointments.
